M33 - The Pinwheel Galaxy in Triangulum

Visible as a tiny smudge on the night sky, at the limit of the naked eye on a very good night (far away from light-pollution sources), the Pinwheel got its name for obvious reasons.

One of the features of this galaxy is that a number of bright nebula can be easily distinguished within the galactic disc. That's what those fuzzy red areas are, and they may be quite similar to M42 right here in the Milky Way.
